At tho same meeting a Finance Committeo was appointed, consisting of Messrs Ashcroft, Sumpter, and Locke (Treasurer), with authority to 6olicit and rcceivo contributions for tho above puvposc from persons who have not already contributed to tho fund, and to appoint a Collector, if necessary."
