Personal Mr. and Mrs. A. Gow of Toiara North spent the weekend with Mrs. Gow’s people, Mr. and Mrs. Berghar.. Mrs. R. T. Wrathall and daughter are spending a few days at Ruawai. Mr. and Mrs. McLeod returned home after spending, three weeks with Mr. and Mrs. Wrathall. Mr. D. McKay has returned to Mangonui in his launch. Mr. and Mrs. Packard and daughter have returned home after spending a holiday at the beach. Mrs. Tennant and family left by bus on Monday for the south. Mrs. Keith Yates and daughter Adrenian from Kaeo, are holidaying with Mr. and Mrs. Reid. Master /Keith Reid has returned home after spending a holiday with Mrs. Yates of Kaeo. Master Clive Berghan has returned home after spending a holiday with his friends in Newmarket. Mr. Thomas has motored to Auckland to spend a week. Guests at the Old Oak are Mr. and Mrs. Dobson, Mr. and Mrs. McDonald, Mr. and Mrs. Pugh, Mr. and Mrs. Daley and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Zimian, Mrs. Prickett, Mrs. Newman, Miss Rose and Mr. Peglett. Horticultural Society Meeting A meeting of the Committee of the Mangonui Horticultural Socety was held on Tuesday and arrangements for the Autumn Flower Show t> be held on Saturday 12th March were inalised.
