MOTORIST CHARGED
Case Adjourned A single man, aged 38 years, was charged before Mr. L. G. Thompson J.P., at the Kaitaia Courthouse yesterday, with being intoxicated while in charge of a motor vehicle at Kaitaia on Saturday, May Bth. Appearing for the police, Constable A. E. Carson of Kaitaia, said tbai instructions received were that cases of this nature be heard by a Magis trate at the earliest opportunity Ar adjournment until Wednesday (to morrow) was granted, when the case will come before Mr. W. Carroll Harley, S.M. The accused was represented by Mr. R. H. Kelly.
