Box 3027, Wellington, to be held as credit against future applications for linen by the institution. NO PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED TO ANY ESTABLISHMENT WHERE THE PROPRIETOR HAS FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE DIRECTION.
