Iturbi and Miss Powell once before appeared together on the screen in “Holiday in Mexico,” soon to be released in Australia. Katharine Hepburn has renewed her M-G-M contract. She will soon make “Song of Love,” story of great composer Robert Schumann and his wife Clara Schumann, a famous pianist. Production is scheduled for October, as soon as Miss Hepburn returns to Hollywood from visiting her family in the East. ★ ★ ★ English-American stage actor, Godfrey Tearle, has been chosen to portray President Koosevelt in the atom-bomb film, “The Beginning or the End?” The actor, a brother of the late Conway Tearle of silent film days, was born in America but spent most of his life in England. lie was rushed to Hollyw.ood from London by transatlantic plane.
