Where the circumstances of any estate warrant it the Public Trustee reduces the scale charges. The Public Trustee’s commission charges cover many services of a legal or other professional nature, such as the obtaining of probate or a grant of administration, filing of stamp accounts, and other matters which would have to be paid for separately if some other executor were appointed.
