Takahue Scores Another Win
Last week end the Takahue cricket eleven defeated the Mangatarire (Valley) club s team by 37 runs. The game was played at the Valley. In their first innings Takahue made 60, W. Switzer 26 being the only double figure scorer. The Valley replied with 63, L. Ramsey 15 being the highest scorer. In the second innings Takahue made 88 runs, W. Switzer 42, N. Rogers 11, entering the double figures, while the Valley secured only 48 runs, A. Thompson 20 being the only batsman to reach double figures.
