Wedding of Miss K.Burrows
The wedding took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Hoult, Pukeuui, last Saturday, ot Kathleen May, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Burrows, Pukenui, to Robert Orr, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. R. Ballantine, of Kaitaia, the Rev. W. H. Nicholas officiating. The bride, who was given away by her father, was dressed in deep blue silk morocain, with frilled lemon georgette vest, enffs and belt, with white picture hat trimmed with posy of lemon and white, and carried a bouquet of lemon and white flowers and asparagus and maiden hair fern. The bridesmaid, Miss Grace Burrow’s, sister of the bride, wore a floral morocain frock, with white hat, and carried a bouquet of white roses and asparagus fern. Mr. John Collins supported the bridegroom. After the ceremony a reception was held in Mrs. Hoult’s home, Mrs. Burrows receiving her guests gowned in black silk. Mr. and Mrs. Ballantine will make their home in Kaitaia,
