"Any Bottles?"
Fcr the next week or two the lousewives of this district will be net with the request “Any botles ?” The small boys who make he request are emissaries on behalf of the Kaitaia Hospital, and therefore must not be greeted with harsh words and unkind glancesWith the assistance of the headmaster of the Kaitaia school, the Hospital Auxiliary Committee will carry out a bottle drive during the next three weeks. The two children gaining the largest number will receive prizes of 5/* and 2,6 respectively and the class *ith the highest aggregate will be given a holiday. It is hoped that the public will respond generously, as the bottles will be sold to provide comforts at the hospital. All oottles must be brought to Mr. George Rickard’s shop after school on November 25.
