Messrs Cosson —Kitchen : That Messrs Matthews and Barriball be authorised to arrange for the repair of the fence on the propertv occupied by Dr Cameron. Tenders —Firewood Mangonui Messrs Barriball —Matfhews : That tenders be called, returnable on tha 21st May, for the supply of 25 cords ot white Ti Tree firewood in 4ft lengths properly stacked at the Mangonui Hospital. Nurses Quarters —Kaitaia Messrs Cosson —Michie: That the Board write to the Minister of Health pointing out the urgency of outside accommodation for the staff at Kaitaia Hospital. Notice of Motion—Amending By-Laws Mr Mclntosh gave notice to move the following resolution at the next meeting of the Board That By-Law No 2 of (he ByLaws of the Mangonui Hospital Board shall be amended by deleting therefrom the words “and the Matron of any institution and the Secretary” and by substituting thercler the following words “of aVy instutinn, the Matron ol any inanition, the Secretary, any House Surgeon attached to any institution and any Anaesthetist to be appointed to any instution.”
