Mr Gillet is relieving Mr J Mason at the Bank of Australasia. Mr W Berridge, manager at the Bank or Australasia has resumed duties after his holidays. Mrs Rix who iias been away on holidays has returned to Kaitaia. Mr F W Puckey, leaves for Auckland to-morrow. Mrs Shaker left for Whangarei on Tuesday. MrJ l B Taaffe who has been visiting Auckland, returned to Kaitaia last evening. Messrs G Hodgson and C S Puckey representing a deputation, of the Kaitaia Drainage Committee, to the Minister, arrive home from Wellington tomorrow. We are pleased to relate that Mrs Hounsell who is at present in the local hospital, is making a satistaclory recovery. Mrs F W Puckey who has been visiting Australia, leaves Sydney for Auckland to-morrow. Mr Percy Keay has been visiting Kaitaia and returned South this week. Mrs Taaffe senr., left for Warkworth yesterday, owing to the indisposition of her son Ally. Mr Byrne has been visiting Kaitaia and returned to Whan- ' garei yesterday. Miss C Holder returned to Kaitaia last week alter visiting Auckland. Mr Ward who has been paving a business visit to Kaitaia, has left again for Auckland. Mrs O E Scott who has been i visiting Auckland returned to ; Kaitaia on Saturday. Mr T Id Kenny who has been . visiting Auckland has returned to Kaitaia. > Messrs Munroe and Blake ini' spectors of schools, are visiting - the North and paid a visit to the local school on Monday. , Mr. D.
