Demonstration At Mr Jameson’s Farm

Warren Farmer Milking Plant A demonstrator of the Warren Farmer Milking Plant took place on Saturday at Mr Dudley Jameson’s farm in Larmer’s Road. The simplicity with which this plant may be used was displayed when Gwen and Daphne aged respectively 12 and 10 yeais, daughters of Mr Jameson, acted as the demonstrators of this fine machine. The herd was put through by the little girls in great style in the presence of the large number that attended. From the commencement to the end of the demonstration the girls just knew how to work the plant. An outstanding feature was the converting of the machine from the pipe system (o the milking bucket, this being most convenient for testing purposes. At the conclusion Miss Gwen took one of the milk chambers to pieces and then adjusted it again. Another asset in the Warren Farmer is the ability of using each unit individually if desired. The silent working of this plant was also refreshing after the noise usually attached to milking machines. Mr Jameson has had this plant for a season and has had no difficulties whatever with it up to the present, the plant being quite intact.
