Ail Blacks Beaten Transvaal Too Good
6 Points To 0
(Age Special Service) Wellington this Day
Ihe All Blacks played Trans, vaal on Saturday and were beaten by six points, two unconverted tries to nil.
Judging from reports to hand the Transvaal forwards beat the All Blacks for the ball in the scrums and of course the flying New Zealand backs had to play on the defensive, having little opportunity at attack.
“Bunny” Finlayson was ordered off the field during the match for hitting Geere an opposing player. It is stated that Geere had a head lock on Finlayson and was endeavouring to screw his head off. When Finlayson got free he struck Geere a solid punch on the jaw.
