MANGONUI COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER MOTUTANGI DRAINAGE DISTRICT NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting oi the Mangonui County Council held on the 26th day of April, 1928, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on the 13th day of June, 1928, at II a.m., at the Council Chambers, Kaitaia. SPECIAL ORDER. The object and purport of the Special Order is 1. To create a drainage district for the purpose of construction of drainage works in that part of the Houhora Riding described in the Special Order. 2. The name of the said district is the Motutangi Drainage District. 3. Providing for the Special Order to take effect on the 14th day of June, 1928. A copy of the Special Order is deposited at the County Office, Kaitaia, and isopen to the inspection of the public during office hours from this date until the 12th June, 1928.
