New Zealand v. Capetown
The All Blacks Win
11 Points To 3
(Age Special Service) Auckland yesterday
The New Zealand All Blacks opened their South African tour in Capetown yesterday, when they met a Capetown representative fifteen. Although not being by any means in top form the All Blacks won by II points to 3. The combination for which the All Blacks have become famous was not a conspicuous feature of the game. Their exhibition, however, served to show that as they develop combination they will prove a very formidable side. The South Africans who have been inclined to consider their principal teams as superior to New Zealand, are, it is said, likely to change their opinion as a result of the opining match and what is promised in future.
