Girl Guide Display.
Rally at Kawakawa.
The largest rally of Girl Guides ever held in the Bay of Islands, will take place at Kawakawa, on Saturday, December 3, when 70 Girl Guides and Brownies, representing the Kawakawa, Russell, and Kaikohe Troups will present a display ot marching, drilling, poi dances, and typical guide. An exhibition of typical .work by the Girl Guides and Brownies will be given and there will also be striking figure marching by the whole assembly, when Miss Caldwell of Kaikohe, will take the salute in the march-past. Painstaking preparations and weeks of patient rehearsal promise to make the demonstration decidedly successful and a large attendance of the public is anticipated.
