Arbitration Treaty. Consulting The Dominions. Auckland this day. The British Foreign Secretary was asked in the House of Commons, whether negotiations had been initiated in connection with the Arbitration Treaty between Britain and the United States. He replied that this matter was at present under discussion with the Dominions.
