Herekino Dairy Factory to Close Down
The shareholders of the Herekino Dairy Company met recently to consider the question of closing down. A number of the Kaitaia Dairy Company’s directors were present by invitation. Al - ter discussion a resolution was carried by a larga majority asking the directors of the Herekino Company to arrange for the voluntary liquidation of the company. During the past season a number of the largest suppliers joined and supplied the Kaitaia Dairy Company, and now those who remained with the Herekino Company have decided that it would be better tor their company to close down and all suppliers to supply the Kaitaia Company. A few of the suppliers will probably join the Hokianga Company.
