A CANARD NAILED.
(To the Editor) Sir—A very determinedattempt is being made to bracket tiie Farmers’ Party with Labour. Mr. Duxfield, Country Party Candidate for Raglan, was reported as having said that he “would vote with Labour to put the Government out.” (wired Mr. A. Ross on this point and received the following reply;—“Duxfield wrongly reported. No pledge to vote for or gainst any party.”—Ross. I am, etc., A. E. Robinson.
