A. & P. ASSOCIATION.
MEETING LAPSES A meeting of the Executive of the A. & P. Association was called for Satur* day evening JO deal with several important matters. It was unfortunate that another meeting- had to be held on the same evening, at which some of the Executive had to be present. But this was not much excuse for those who attended neither meeting. The meeting was adjourned to Saturday 27th. As the painting of the Hall is a matter of some urgency it was decided to deal with the tenders for painting. Three tenders were received ranging from £4O 16/- to £47, and the tender of E. L. Sturmfels at the former figure was accepted. Mr. J. L. Hester, was in the chair, in the unavoidable absence of Mr. E. C. Matthews, President.
