MANGONUI COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDSR. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mangonui County Council held on Wednesday, the 24th day of May, 1922, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at fhe Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on Friday, the 7th day of July, 1922, at 10 a.m., at Council Chambers, Kaitaia. RESOLUTION. Thiffl.—That for the purpose of providing /each anuual instalment of £BB3 6s I Id payable on the said loan, the said Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of 7/l2d in the pound upon the unimproved value of all rateable property in the County of Mangonui; aud that such Special Rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan, and be payable yearly on the First day of September in each year during the currency of the loan, being a period of ten years or such shorter period as may be determined by the Council, or until the loan is fully paid off.
