Mails close for the undermentioned places as follows: — Monday :—Kaitaia and Mangonui, 10 a.m. Kaingaroa 1 p.m., Waipapakauri 2 p.m. Tuesday:—Nil.' Wednesday :—Kaitaia and Mangonui 10 a.m. Kaiangaroa according to arrival Awanui steamer Thursday :—Auckland, persteamer, closes half hour before advertised time of departure. If steamer leaves before 9 a.m. mail closes 8 p.m. previous night. Friday:—Kaitaia, Mangonui and Auckland, overland 10 a.m. Kaingaroa I p.m. Waipapakauri 2 p.m. Saturday:—Nil. H. C.
