Three starters or no event. 2. Entries for Races 2,3, 4,5, 7,9, 10, 11 and 14, close with the Secretary on Wednesday, December 23rd, 1908, and must he accompanied by Entrance Fees. 3. All competitors must give their last 3 years’ performances. 4. All protests must be lodged with the Secretary within 15 minutes after event, and must be accompanied by a fee of 10s, which shall bo forfeited if the protest he not sustained. 5. All protests will he decided by the Committee, whose decision shall be final. 6. Any competitor “ breaking away ” after being placed on his mark shall be put back 1 yard for each offence, and on the third offence shall he disqualified.
