Orange Blossoms.

The residence of Mr. William Shudder at Parengaroa, Keri Keri, was the scene of a most delightful double weddiug ou the afternoon of Thursday, 27th December, the contracting parties being Mr. John Saunders and Miss Shudder and Mr. T. Hollis and Mrfe, A. Fyfe. Quite a number responded to the invitations, and the weather being all that could be desired goodwill reigned supreme. The ladies present all loohed smiles and perfection, the majority being dressed in white which well suited the occasion. The ceremony was conducted by the Rev. H. Boler, of Russell, and the brides loohed all smiles and blushes as they were led up by Mr. Shudder, who also gave the brides away just at the right moment. The bridegrooms were well supported by the best men, Mi'. J. Cleave and Mr. J. Dood respectively, while Misses F. and Harriet Shudder were bridesmaids for the former and Misses FaitWull for the latter couple, The ceremony being over a shower of rice and congratulations were tendered to the happy couples, after which all were invited to the breahfast, which consisted of the choicest of all good things as well as two fine wedding calces built specially for the occasion. Quite a number of presents, useful as well as ornamental, were received.

A dance in the evening commenced with the Grand March, and at intervals.songs were rendered by several, including a duet by Mr. and Mrs. A. Sinhovich which was greatly appreciated, while Mr. J. Cleave with his gramaphone and up-to-date' selections greatly assisted in spending one of the most pleasant parties Keri Keri has seen. The room was beautifully decorated for the occasion.
