DIED.

On the 3rd April, at his late residence, Motueka, Mr. John Boyes, aged 59. On the Bth April, at tho Nelson Hospital, John J. Myora, a native of Holland, aged 33 years. On the 9th April, at Christchurch, the Countess de la Pasture.On the 10th April, afc her residence, Toi-toi Valley, Elizabeth, wife of Mr. Daniel Burn, aged 41 years. On the 11th April, at his residonce, Waimea-street, Mr. David Pollock, aged 32 years. On tho 17th April, at the residence of Mr. I. Johns, Trafalgar-street, Nelson, Harry, the only son of Dr. Dftkers, of Charleston, West Coast, aged 14 years. On the 18th April, at Nelson, Richard' O'Halloran, Esq., late of Carnlough, Antrim, Ireland, aged 64 years. On the 22nd April, Mary Fleming, daughter of Mr. George Aikcn, aged 16 years. On the 23rd April, Emma, wifo of Henry Garner, aged 31 yoara. On the 23rd April, Emma, wife of Mr. Henry Garner, aged 31 years. On the 23rd January, at hor residence, Wolverhampton, Elizabeth, wifo of Thomas Crump, and mother of the Eev. Mr. Crump, of Nelson, aged 63 years.
