ARRIVAL of the PANAMA MAIL.

ENGLISH NEWS TO SEPT. 8. The Rakaia arrived at "Wellington at seven p.m. last evening. She left Panama at midnight on the 21st September, and experienced light S.E. trades to Opara, where she arrived on the 9th October. She left at five p.m., on the 10th, and had a succession of strong head winds and high seas for the remainder of the voyage. Passengers, for Wellington: Messrs. 11.
