THE CHILDREN will MEET at the TEMPERANCE HALL, at Nine o'oloek in the morning, to form in Procession, and then march through the principal streets of the town. At Twelve o'clock, tho Children will have Refreshments provided for them, and during the aftornoon they will be served with Buns.
