Town of Nelson. — Building Allotments, in Brookstreet, at the corner of Manuka-street. Town of Nelson. — Acre No. 68, on the Havenroad, near the saltwater culvert. Quail Vallet. — 600 acres of Land, about twentyfive miles from Nelson, on a main trunk road to the Wairau and the Buller. 400 acres are level; 300 acres are fenced, and 200 acres laid down to grass ; with an eleven-roomed house, three-stall stable, &c., &c.
