FOR SALE, the following valuable FREEHOLD PROPERTY, consisting of 600 Acres of the best Land, in Quail valley, Waimea-south, well adapted for a large Dairy, or a Wether and Cattle Station. 100 Acres fenced in, laid down in grass, and planted with a live fence, 30 acres of first-rate timber, 470 of flax and fern land well covered with clover, capable of carrying two sheep to the acre as it is, half an acre of orchard well planted with fruit trees, laid down to grass, half an acre of garden, and a plentiful supply of water running through the land.
