The Manager ha 9 much pleasure in announcing to the inhabitants of Nelson and its viciuity, that he intends giving a series of ENTERTAINMENTS at the Masonic Hah, Trafalgar-Street, commencing on SATURDAY EVENING, APRIL 12, and MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, and SATURDAY, April 14, 15, 16, 19, When he pledges to give such performance as shall merit their patronage and support. The Entertainment will consist of Three Parts. Part I. Will consist of Gems from Christy's Band, by the eminent Coloured Opera Troupe, who will introduce several new Songs as sung by that celebrated Company. Pabt 11. Will'consist of English, Irish, and Scotch, Comic, and Sentimental -Songs in character, Instrumental Solos, Duets, Glees, Trios, Funny Sayings, Dances, and Negro Eccentricities. Pabt 111. Will consist of side-splitting Farces, Burlesque Scenes, and IMITATION of NEGRO LIFE. The Company consists of the following talented Artistes : — MR.
