THE Directors of the NELSON GOLD MINING COMPANY are prepared to receive TENDERS for RENTING the whole of the Company's interest in the WORKS in Golden Gully, including the FLUME, the OFFICES upon the Works, and the BLOCK of LAND held by the Company from the Crown. The Lessee will be required to keep the Flume and other property of the Company in substantial repair, and to fulfil all the conditions of the original Lease. The quantity of Land under Lease may be reduced from the present amount of Fifty Acres to Fifteen Acres, at the option of the Lessee. Sealed Tenders (if by post, prepaid), stating the amount of Rent per week offered, to be forwarded to the Honorary Secretary of the Company in Nelson, and mai-ked " Tender for Works," on or before Tuesday, the 2Uh September. The Directors do not bind themselves to accept the highest or any Tender. Further particulars may be obtained on application to Mr. William Gibbs, Totaranui ; or the Honorary Secretary, Nelson.
