And to substitute in the place thereof a certain other road in the said City of Nelson, thirty feet in width, commencing at the south-east corner of Section numbered 66 on the plan of the said city, and proceeding in a north-westerly direction through Sections numbered respectively 66, 65, 64, and 63 on the Mid plan, and there terminating.
