FLORENCE.
The Indipendente, of the 1 6th of July, announces that " General Luigi Mezzacapo has sent in his resignation of the post of Commander of the Second Corps d'Armee of Central Italy, and that the Tuscan troops, under the command of General Ulloa, are to be recalled to Florence by the Tuscan Government."
