iEtsceilaneous, "JY"OTICE.— The WAIRAU DISTRICT -L 1 ROAD BOARD, in accordance with Section 10 of the Country Roads Amendment Act, 1858, hereby requires from every occupier of any land or tenement, and every owner of any unoccupied land or tenement, or lii 3 agent, within one calendar month from this date, a statement in writing of the quality and nature of the land and tenements owned or occupied by such person in the district, together -with the name of the owner or occupier (if any), and the value thereof to sell ; such statement to be addressed and forwarded to Mr. William Greig, Clerk to the Board, Road Board Office, Beaver, Wairau.
