TO CORRESPONDENTS. All communications intended for insertion must be accompanied by the name and address of the writer ; not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith. As a general rule, letters intended for a Wednesday's •paper should be left at the Examiner office at the latest on Monday evening, and those intended for a Saturday's paper on Thursday evening. Correspondents are particularly requested to write only on one side of the paper, especially if they are desirous that their communications should have early attention.
