ALEXANDER AITKEN has much pleasure in announcing that he has been favoured with instructions to OFFER for PUBLIC COMPETITION,' at his New Sale Room (now in course of erection), in Bridge-street, on SATURDAY, the 22nd instant, at one o'clock precisely, the following valuable ALLOTMENTS of TOWN LAND, some of which will be found to have been divided into Allotments expressly to meet tho demands of newlyarrived emigrants and others, wishful to possess a Freehold, however small, of then* own : — Town Acres No. 746 and 747, having a fronting to St. Vincents- street, and adjoining Mr. Salmond's property.
