To the Editor of thk Nelson Examiner. Sir— lf you deem the following queries worthy of a place in the columns of your paper, their insertion will oblige, Yours, &c, An Operative. Is a Co-operative Association necessary for this settlement r How much capital would be required ? By what means could it be obtained ? How could the capital be best secured ? How could the system be carried out, so as to make it a " public benefit?" What would be the probable results upon the " retail dealers/ and the operative classes ?
