NARRATIVE OF THE WAIRAU MASSACRE, AND PROCEEDINGS CONNECTED THEREWITH.
It having appeared to the Committee of Public Safety, nominated at a public meeting, and acting at Nelson, advisable that a full, correct, and authenticated account of the late massacre at the Wairau, and of the proceedings of the Government, the Bettlers, and the natives, previously or subsequently thereto, should be drawn up for the information of the English public, the following narrative has been compiled accordingly.
