All the possibilities which peace brings in its train are ours provided our spirit of co-operation can match that of the years just past. “As we look back, this year has, from a National Savings point of view, not been an easy one, complicated by new problems arising fron. a sudden ending of hostilities, but it has nevertheless been an outstanding one in the results achieved by National Savings Committees.

“Thank you once again for your loyal and enthusiastic service during the pa-4 year. The New Zealand Committee is deeply appreciative of tlv great team which has done such a wonderful National Savings job in this country.”
