BALANCE DUE IN 1945 APPROVED Washington, Nov. ?7, The Senate Appropriations Commitlee approved 550,000,000 dollars for UNRRA, the balance due in 1945, and wiped out the condition made by the House of Representatives debarring ex penditure in countries where UNRRA activities were not open.
