New York, Nov. 18. When a cal owning 40,000 dollars (£12,507) dies, but leaves no will, lawyers are sure In be confronted with a serious problem. That is the predicament of the Boston lawyers responsible for the fortune which an eccentric Bostonian last year left to his tomcat, Buster, cutting off several relatives because of their alleged “cruelty to my cat.” His only other bequest was 5,000 dollars to his former housekeeper for Buster’s care.
