SAILED 28th August—steamer KAITOA (11.30 a.m.), 319, Hughan, for New Plymouth. 28th August—aux scow PEARL KASPER <6 p.m.), 54, Andresen. for Waitapu. 28th August—m.v. ALEXANDER (6.30 p.m.), 377, Martin, for Wellington. The Matangi sails for Wellington direct at 9 o’clock tonight. The Rata sails tonight for Tarakohe thence Greymouth and Castlecliff. The Titoki leaves Tarakohe this evening for Wellngton. The Alexander circumstances permitting leaves Wellington tomorrow for Nelson. The Kaitoa is expected to leave New Plymouth this afternoon for Nelson. 'The Taupata left Lyttelton last evening for Motueka. The Nikau sails tonight for Wellington Patent Slip for completion of annual overhaul and inspection. The Kakapo left Dunedin on Saturday last for Nelson via Oamaru, Timaru and Wellington.
