ST. JOHN’S CORNER fN SYDNEY
Ruafcy, June 24. The Governor-General, tne Duke of Gloucester, unveiled in Sydney, on 24th June, a stone from the blitzed London church of St. John the Baptist, Clerkenwell, which has been placed in a corner of the chapel of St. Andrew’s Cathedral, Sydney. It will henceforth be known as St. John’s Corner, says a Sydney correspondent. The occasion was the annual parade of the St. John Ambulance Brigade .
