CHURCHILL AND LATE PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT London, June 8. Lord Moran, president of the Royal College of Physicians, and the Prime Minister’s doctor, described the relationship between Mr Churchill and '.he late President Roosevelt as “one cf the great friendships of history” in a lecture at the Royal Institution. Lord Moran said: “It is not easy for anyone to get into Marshal Stalin’s mind, but as far as one can make out Stalin thinks that the Prime Minister is ‘a broth of a boy.’ ” Lord Moran added that General Eisenhower would be regarded by history as one of the main bridges between England and America.
