Mr A. R. Kingsford, newly-elected chairman of the Nelson Harbour Board, was welcomed at to-day’s meeting of the Cawthron Institute Trust Board, of which, by virtue of his office, he now becomes a member. The retiring chairman of the Harbour Board Mr A. Gould who had held the seat on the trust board for 14 years was a guest at afternoon tea, when he was fare welled by the chairman, Mr H. Atmore, and presented! with a photographic album depicting the work of the Cawthron Institute.
