STORM IN TARANAKI
New Plymouth, Apl. 26. Damage to property and interruptions to telegraph communication have been caused in Taranaki by a high wind that swept the province on Wednesday and Thursday. Gusts at times reached a velocity of 75 miles an hour. Lightning also d’d damage at Waitara.
