A BUSY DAY
The other Saturday a boy friend of mine came down to play with me. We chopped some wood and then went to get some flowers for the church. When we came back we went up on the hill and lit fires. Then Mother called us for dinner and afterwards we went up to see if the new harness for Jeffrey the goat was finished, but it wasn't. On our way back we called in to several hop gardens and kilns. —Ken Hollis (llyrs), Foxhill.
