BRIDGE STREET SHOP CHANGES HANDS The sale of a shop property in Bridge street. Nelson, from H. and A. T. Barltrop, to E. L. Marsack, at a price of £2925 has been approved by the Nelson Land Sales Committee. The building, which is 35 years old, is on a section of eight perches and it has a frontage to Bridge street of 36ft 3ins. Among other property sales recently approved by the Committee are the following:— A 16-year-old bungalow of five rooms and conveniences situated in Gladstone road, Richmond, on an area of land of 2 acres 33 perches, was approved for sale at £IBSO The property was described as being suitable for subdivision.
