POSTHUMOUS AWARD OF V.C. Rugby, Sept. 26. A posthumous award of the Victoria Cross has been made to Captain (temporary Major) Frank Gerald Blaker of the Highland Light Infantry, attached to the Ninth Gurkha Rifles of the Indian Army, for conspicuous gallantry in Burma.
