Aug. 15. “In carrying out my duties t have travelled many thousands of miles, con* stantly visiting various stations and units and I can say with complete confidence that the Board is doing everything possible to provide welfare and service second to none in the Pacific,” states Flight-Lieutenant Herbert, National Patriotic Fund Board Commissioner to the R.N.Z.A.F.
